Couldn't read the screen shots but Haruhi's gender identity is a bit up for interpretation in my opinion, which I've always thought the shows message is that social gender is unimportant. So you'd be right to believe Haruhi could be nonbinary or gender neutral. Both that can fall under the trans category.
