I'm lovin' your reactions to Ouran. I haven't watched it in years, but I'm having a great time remembering why it's such a classic. I look forward to the next episode! I also love that Jacob said he wouldn't be surprised if Mamoru Miyano didn't need to audition for the role of Tamaki because that's exactly what happened when he was cast as Atsumu in Haikyuu. He didn't audition for it (and so many of us wanted him to be cast as Atsumu so it was a dream come true). LOL He's an absolutely fantastic seiyuu. One of my other favorite roles of his is Dazai in Bungou Stray Dogs.

I can't wait to see their reactions to future episodes. This show is very fun and emotional at times. Gives both the warm fuzzies and refreshing feeling.

It's not even the fact that they misunderstand things, that can happen to anyone. It's the fact that they never doubt their own interpretations (due to being Yes-Men to each other) that makes them frustrating to watch.

lolol Haruhi is even referred to with she/her pronouns and there's no implication at all that she identifies as nb or trans in any way. She knows her short hair makes her look like a boy, she just doesn't care if people mistake her for one.

Haruhi does identify as a girl, she's just pretending to be a guy for the host club and she doesn't care about labels

feel like people are gonna react too much on how sos bros perceive Haruhi's gender. The commentary goes much more in depth than i've seen anybody discuss this show but people care more what it's lead character's gender is more than she does herself and mostly neglect to appreciate the good commentary. sux.
