Man in the Mirror

Another one bites the dust Another one bites the dust And another one gone, and another one gone Another one bites the dust Hey, I'm gonna get you, too Another one bites the dust

Derrick C. Shields

The nonsensical combination of the artist of this song, the characters in this episode - more specifically, their stands - and your own username just sent me into a fit of laughter.

Day ruination, thy name is JoJo's.

Jonathan James

Really nit-picky but an important distinction is Rissoto beat Doppio not the Boss

Ghallahad

God, he's almost here. HE'S COMING BOYS IT'S NOT TOO LONG

Bryan Rojas

Just want to point out Shigechi was also a good boy and that didn’t stop Araki from putting him in the chopping board...

MoonRelate

Most definitely agree with this point. The boss would’ve destroyed risotto

malts

Right chest...? interesting. there is liver that supply blood...

They are so not ready...

It’s funny seeing people get emotional over Abbachio, when I read the manga and saw it don’t get me wrong definitely one of the most well done and effective deaths in all of JoJo’s it’s just he needed a bit more of forefront time cause I just never felt emotionally connected to his character, another fight where he was in the lead would’ve helped a lot

Those speculations the arrow... oh, lala. Ooh boy, man when that one thing happens... this gonna be devastating.

Oh boy is this part going to hurt them...

Abbacchio: With my dying breath! I BLAME GIORNO!!!!

NotPork

Really wish they'd realized the parallels between Abbacchio's partner's "results" speech and King Crimson, or that Abbacchio finally trusted Giorno when he left the stone fragment.

Barre Bonds

The sound design on this episode was amazing, especially when the Boss killed Abbachio. The sound of that hit was well done I literally jumped out of my seat when I first watched. Of course if your wearing headphones. 😭 RIP Abbachio his smile right before he died hurt 😔

God Enel

I'm more sad for Italian deku than anything the voice actor killed it

tommm tang

lol there is no way Narancia is going to die

Buster

Do they know Giorno turned Abacchio into a bed of flowers?

Amer Noor

remember when abacchio took the fourth piece of the cake in episode 5. should have listened to mista.

Nikoloz Elbakidze

Damn, i just noticed the small bit of symbolism. The Boss telling Risotto that only the results matter and only they remain, and Abbachio's partner telling him that if you seek only results, you lose your way and never reach the truth.

imo bruno's decision to leave abbaccio made sense: the sooner they completed their mission the sooner they could leave, it was wise to go check out the supposedly defeated enemy, giorno and mista were on the way from what seems like pretty close by and if abbaccio spotted anything suspicious he could fall back in their direction. In the end they almost ended up actually cornering the boss while he was severely wounded and unable to move around well, and were behind him by maybe only 20 or so seconds. similarly it's unlikely giorno and mista showed up to abbaccio with more than a minute to spare, and they would have met up sooner if the boss hadn't used such a clever tactic to get close undetected. If they had taken Abbaccio with them the boss would have had more time to regain his strength and thus attack in more conventional (yet still effectively unseen) ways, as he was planning to do from the start when he showed up to the villa as Doppio. If they had stayed behind with Abbaccio they wouldn't know there was a second combatant, and the boss would have been able to get close to them by the same method. Remember that his concern in Venice was not being able to guaruntee that not a single one of the six people he was facing wouldn't escape with knowledge of his face. he was perfectly fine with fighting bruno and giorno at the same time. Add one more, and give him the advantage of surprise, plus one of the people's stand is immobilized? Bad odds. I think to be perfectly honest they got off easy, striking the perfect balance of keeping the boss so pressured he had to go in still weak, but not forcing his hand enough to make him abandon caution completely and go for a triple.
