Regarding Jacob’s theory about the Master being a demon: in episode 22 they very deliberately show him stepping into the sunlight

In regards to the comment of Zenitsu being a Tsuguko. I think they said that a Tsuguko is someone who is being trained by a current Hashira. In Zenitsus case, I think its more like Tanjiro where he was trained by a former Hashira as mentioned in Zenitsus flashback.
