To clear up what the Motoharu skit, in the beginning, was about; in the end, Motoharu was about to give her a dope slap as the straight man to her funny man. This basically implies one of two things about the conversation. Either Motoharu and his sister have this type of conversation regularly, and he's just playing out his role, or Motoharu knows his sister so well, that he knew she would have that reaction upon seeing that dog after their conversation, and thus immediately prepared for the dope slap.
