Gold experience can transform a part of a living thing based on the same condition as crazy diamond, where once a body part is cut off and dead it's classified as an object. Giorno can hurt babyface with fire and use his ability on it because it's bound to the physical material it assimilates.

I'm pretty sure the point of driving into the canal was that salt water freezes slower and needs a lower temperature to freeze than fresh water, and the Adriatic sea being one of the saltier ones Giorno probably thought it might slow Ghiaccio's ability a little. We'll see how it goes! :)

I always took it as "diving into the canal will get us slightly closer to the disc, rather than risking continuing in this car that is quickly approaching cell-death-levels of low temperature." I never considered the salt water part, seems like a much more "Araki solution".

Giorno has never used Gold Experience's ability on the stand itself. What he did was turn his own decapitated hand, not Gold Experience's, into a pirahna once Junior had absorbed it. He then turned the bike into a copy of Gold Experience's hand.

haha, I also often thought of giorno like throwing a rock as he turns it into an elephant or something. I think he can make big things into smaller life forms, but can't make small things into life forms that are absurdly bigger than the initial object. It's definitely a fuzzy rule, but the fact that he never does basically a "little feat" to anyone makes me think there's SOME kind of limit.

I easily always find myself going back throughout all of Jojo's to random episodes, I think the best season for that is definitely Stardust Crusaders. You can pick a completely random episode in the middle and just laugh your ass off 🤣
