One of my least favourite things whenever someone is watching/reading fiction is when they don't understand the stressful situation a character is in and how that would affect their thinking. JoJo characters get a lot of this, because so often they are shown deducing situations quickly and in a level-headed way. What this results in is people either thinking it's ridiculous that a character could come to such a specific conclusion so easily, or thinking that it's ridiculous that they couldn't come to a conclusion fast enough. Damned if you do, and all that. It's a small thing, but it really takes me out of it when the viewer is like "well ACTUALLY it's pretty easy to figure out". I mean, Fugo had about five seconds to observe his surroundings before being punched by a Stand so hard he flipped upside-down. It's pretty easy to figure out what's happening as a viewer when you see a person in a mirror and immediately think "Okay, I know what this entire arc is now," but characters should probably follow their own path of logic and reason, right? Fugo doesn't see things from a perspective of "Oh, this is a mirror world episode. Got it." Wow, evidently this got to me more than I thought. Ahem. Excuse me. Good reaction, anyway. Don't mean to be an ass.
