Look, I love both series. They'll react to Demon Slayer eventually, there's no doubt about that. Vinland Saga won though so that's what we'll get for the time being. Everyone's acting like it's the end of the world because it didn't win the poll... Just vote for it in the next one... I'm tired of all of this unnecessary whining and bickering going on in this community right now. It'll come people... no need to fight amongst ourselves.

Just like AoT, In a way. 'Wait, what was all that weird stuff about in the first few episodes? Who cares, just look at this cool action.' 3 seasons later: 'OH. Oh shit. Those first few ep's actually contained the most important stuff, and we totally forgot about it.'

When it comes to Vikings, as far as historical accuracy goes, I don't think there is any other fictional work that reach the same level as Vinland Saga.

For your info, since you looked on wiki but went off to avoid spoilers, Harald Fairhair died approximetly around 930 AD, so pretty much 70 years before vinland saga's story, which is why Leif talked about his ancestors leaving Norway.

I really hope Demon Slayer is on the next poll, don't get me wrong, I'm looking forward to Vinland Sage. I just want the recency bias to pull it through simply cause I'm enjoying it so much at the moment. That or Run with the Wind makes an appearance on the poll, really love that show

I agree, but I can also relate to being annoyed because you can never know what the bros decide to put on the next poll. Yeah the mature thing to do is to accept that it'll come eventually, but just imagine it happening the other way around. I'm sure there would be just as many people annoyed and I wouldn't really blame them. Not saying your wrong, but I think it's fair there's a little push back.

In danish (and probably other nordic languages) "Vin" translates to Wine, so Vinland means The Land of Wine. And yeah, It's the old name for North America
