Willhoe

The actual reason Hyakkimaru is missing parts of his body is because he didn't order Battle Lines

This episode reminds me of the Anubis sword stand from Jojo part 3

Araki got an award from the author of Dororo when he was 20 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ImktRhu3TGQ

Do-Ro-Ro fight the power is actually a good way to remember how many "ros". It's just two. Just. Two.

Minolie

I could be wrong but wasn't it the brother that made the second crane while she was crying? If that's the case, then he probably went to fight Hyakkimaru with the intention of dying to prevent himself from hurting anyone else (and specifically his sister).

love the next episode, can't wait :)

2021-07-08 05:51:11 I think it was not very clear in the subtitle, but in the scene where the brother was forced to do the execution, he was told to kill the carpenters who constructed the fort. In the medieval Japan, it often happened for samurais to kill carpenters who worked for making the castles to prevent them from revealing any secrets or weaknesses of the castles to the enemies. But they did nothing wrong, were just hard-working and skilled people, which was why the brother was hesitant to kill them.
