Jukai is also the name of the guy who found and raised Hyakkimaru, so the episode title "the story of Jukai" was also referencing that this was his story

Guys before he looked towards her the mum was praying to the Buddha, then when he looked at her he knew she'd just came out of praying, Jacob was quite close :)
