  We're coming up on the end of Your Lie In April!! As such we'll be getting this poll done in advance so we all know what's coming next.

You will recognize certain shows on this poll, as they are all Patreon Poll Veterans!!

Vote for ANY AND ALL that you would like to see. We always take note of which shows get 2nd/3rd place. Whichever gets the most votes we will release early access reactions on the Wednesday when Your Lie In April's final episode goes public.

Jacob has seen Anohana. This reaction will be half blind like YLIA etc.

Ping pong is incredible in how much depth is packed in it and how it fleshes out so many characters in only 11 episodes. Now that haikyuu is nearing its end I think ping pong would be a great replacement for the sports genre.

Great, land of the lustrous is incredible and has deep character depth and is considered the best looking cgi anime to date, and some of the animes would be nice if they won (like for the people waiting for steins gate), and then once again people are voting for ping pong, just wow. Almost kind of want ping pong to win just so its out of the way. But anyone reading this, please look into land of the lustrous and consider voting for it, its visually astonishing and has quite the unique story premise that I've never seen before anywhere else.

Personally I’d love land of the lustrous to win but any of them are fine really. I’m not a fan of half blind reactions so despite Anohana being one of my favorite anime of all time I hope it doesn’t win. The discussions just aren’t as good in half blind series like berserk or your lie in April

It’s better for them not to double or triple up on show slots. More variety means a higher chance of new or varied viewers. Plus the people who are only here for one show in particular are less likely to stick around if they blitz through a series in a week rather than taking 3 months to get through

Ping Pong would be such a good move! I love these other shows, but if you look around at other reactions, practically nobody has done ping pong. It’s character driven, which they love, and short, and it would be one of their first real departures from an anime with traditional animation. It’s got so many positives!

I have never seen any of these and had only heard of one. Picked what I thought looked most entertaining and least cutesy (Ping Pong) and am glad I actually agree with the majority this time ha. Unless things change in 4 days, but we shall see.

Comparing to something like Rakugo, it isn’t, really. It’s just one of those artsy shows, that gain traction due to going “against mainstream” in some fashion (animation and art style, in this case). Personally, I can’t stomach it, as it intentionally makes character designs look disgusting for “shock value” and I don’t find that appealing.

So much people dismiss Ping Pong because of the art and it irks me to no end. Just because the characters don’t look like perfect pretty boys or kpop stars doesn’t mean its a bad looking show. The visual presentation and directing in Ping Pong is phenomenal, and is probably one of the most consistently well animated shows I have ever seen. The show presents its characters in a very real and visceral way, and the way they are drawn reflects that. It kind of reminds me of Mob Psycho when people kept saying the show looked ugly, but when they actually watched it realized how visually impressive it was.

Rakugo most likely has less fans (or just less people have actually watched it), but after seeing Monster win, I can't help but think that some day there could be a chance for Rakugo as well. 11 eps of character-driven brilliance! (And You KNOW the Bros love character-focused shows!) Every main character is so fleshed out and given the room to develop realistically; you’ll probably end up liking and rooting for almost all the characters

Come on Ping-Pong!!! Please give it a shot, guys who haven’t voted yet, it’s 11 episodes long and bloody amazing, you won’t regret choosing it (and on the 0.01% chance that you do, it’ll be out of your skin faster than any other show out there). As for the art, because there’s a guy here who genuinely hates it (and you’ve doubtless heard from others too), do you think I and the 20 other people cheering for it in the comments would even be here doing this if the art’s actually such a dealbreaker?? It's weird and misshapen and ugly, yes, but 1. I think you’ll get used to it pretty quickly and 2. it’s refreshingly unique and suits the show brilliantly, giving it a style that’s completely its own. Ping Pong isn’t so much a sports anime as it is a story about growing up, and all the pain and joy and frustration that comes with it. I laughed and cheered and cried watching this, and binging it left me happily drained afterwards. Awesome show.
