OutSTANDing, I see what you did there

Matheus Henrique Silva Rosa

in a more precise subtitle, jotaro says "shut the hell up, you're annoying me you f**king b*tch", and next episode will be so awesome and explain so much things

stalkkaajasi

You know whats sad about the fact that DIO is back? Jonathan died for nothing :(

YES! YES! YES! YES!

Koronator

You guys are right that introducing stands mean double the designs and poses. But have you realized that now stand users can POSE WHILE THEIR STANDS ARE FIGHTING!? More seriously, I personally find the beginning of part 3 the weakest of Jojo. Araki was still making up his mind on which abilities are common to all stands and which are unique. (Some abilities were completely thrown away later.) So inconsistencies creep up here and there. Another thing that I don't like is the structure of the story but I won't spoil it. Having said all that, the end of part 3 is an absolutely amazing payoff. Many of the fights probably went down as ones of the most iconic fights in shonen manga history.

If you didn't notice, the damages stands takes are repercuted on the stand-user like when magician's red was being strangled, Avdul was being strangled too

Shinka

fun fact: Jotaro is voiced by the same Japanese VA who voices Erwin Smith

Marek Siciński

Why do they still believe Hamon or 'life-energy' is any kind of consistent theme?

Anonymous

Ooh boy, this is gonna take a LONG time with only 1 episode/week... Please consider stepping it up to 2/week, Stardust Crusaders takes about 20 episodes to get really good.

Marek Siciński

Why do they think he wasn't asking for it?

Anonymous

Their subs are bad. Literally the only thing they get right are the character names.

Frederick Jaskowski

the star at the base of their necks is a birthmark connected to the Jostar bloodline, it has nothing to do with Hammon or Stands, Joseph said his father had it as well, and we know he had neither.

Frederick Jaskowski

remember DIO(Yes, his name is now cannonicly spelled in ALL CAPS!) has been back for 4 years by the start of Part 3, he hasn't been spending that time doing nothing.

Carly

Woo prepare for the level of utter ridulousness and insanity that is Jojo to lvl up by 100

Sadovari

I believe Araki was finding it difficult to use Hamon further. So he made a new power system which (at least in my opinion) is far more balanced and interesting. Hope you guys enjoy it.

Frederick Jaskowski

for the same reason that they think "Evolution" is a theme/mechanic: it was brought up and given significance in earlier parts, therefore it must be a significant part of the entire story...

tinidor

Avdol and All Might's voice actor is Kenta Miyake.

Supermonaman

I am really excited to see your reactions to the rest of part 3 since it's my favorite part of the anime so far. Also I can't wait to see what you think of Jotoro when you see more of him since he's my 2nd favorite JoJo after Joseph.

Time for the worst Jojo arc woooooo!

Truunbeaten

Phantom blood is great, definitely not the strongest of the Jojo arcs but it was really handled well. Best jojo arc is part 7 though, and Johnny is best Jojo

Kamolak

This is my favorite arc! :)

I got bored early on in Stardust Crusaders. I just waited for the final episodes to air and watched those. That said, you fans better tell them to watch that OP when it appears. That was fantastic.

Pizza_Mozzarella

Stardust Crusaders has the problem that the first 2-3 episodes are good, then it gets repetitive since the stand powers are too down to earth and boring at this point (Araki was only experimenting with the limits of stands) and the final 5 episodes are good again. I’m probably going to cancel my patron between those episodes since I’m not going to pay for the early access and full length of the battles against Dark Blue Moon etc, if they release one episode a week it’s going to get really expensive

yeah you're right tbh but part 4 is great and so are the ones that follow

Canadian_Caesar

Part 3 definitely has its problems, but nothing so bad as to justify skipping most of the part like you're saying you did.

2023-04-24 07:58:12 Absolutely. I just hope they’ll bump up to 2 videos/week since Stardust Crusaders can get really rough if you watch 1/week. I remember whem I watched it when it aired 1/week I got really bored and even thought about dropping it, since it was so long and a lot of the battles were just stupid and boring since Araki was only testing stand abilities (if you compare how bizarre and cool they are from part 4 —>). I thought at first it was legit bad in the middle, I only liked the first and last episodes, but once I rewatched it with my brothers, watching like 2-3 episodes in one sitting I noticed it didn’t get as boring, it was a much more enjoyable experience. Probably because you didn’t have to wait a week for a boring episode and then wait another week for another episode for weeks and months

Ah, I agree. I thought I am the only one who thinks the middle part of part 3 were lackluster, I got bored of it and almost considered dropping the series. But then I picked up again after awhile, and the final few episodes were good. Part 4 is the part where I got hooked of the series, I spent 2 days finished the whole thing unlike part 3 where I spent like 2-3 weeks lol. I really really REALLY hope they can bump up to 2 episodes per week, since some part can be dragging.

2023-04-24 07:58:13 Exactly. I think the biggest problem in part 3 is that Araki gave the stands too ”normal” abilities, like fire ability vs sword, it’s too basic. Part 4 —>is when the abilities start becoming unique and truly bizarre yet entertaining, like Bruno (he’s my favorite character by far). The other problem with SC is that they made it longer than needed, like The Sun didn’t need a whole episode, or Wheel of Fortune. I really don’t get why Stardust Crusaders is 48 episodes while Diamond is Unbreakable is 39 when DiU is the longest part after Steel Ball Run
