The book about the labyrinth comes from the university. Rudy told Fitz that he is researching teleportation. Fitz suggested to look into a book written by an adventurer about a teleportation labyrinth.

Pretty crazy how it’s been like 40 episodes since Rudeus and Roxy last met.

Non-spoiler info: Two things I was hoping ep21 would mention, but guess not. 1. When he sensed Roxy, he literally went Juggernaut through the labyrinth walls to her, to the absolute horror of his party that thought it would all collapse on them. 2. When he saved Roxy, in his panic he accidentally put too much mana into his “Icicle Field” spell and unleashed the Emperor-tier spell “Absolute Zero” instead- his most powerful spell to date (except possibly the unique nuclear attack he created as his last attack on Orsted).
