1.BetterPenetration was applied!

2. saber/ saber alter : new front hair

3. lancer : new front hair, new AccStateSync(now can transfer state by hat!) , and more minor update

Existing plugins have been updated within a month. 

With the update of the material editor, additional modifications of the parts are now possible.

So I made new front hairs for Sabers !

And there are some minor changes.
