Well, it's almost time, yet again, for April Fools Day. Last year, I had a massive video planned to release but sadly I wasn't able to finish all the material in time. But with a year of extra prep work behind me, I'm starting to try and wrap up all the individual segments. Right now, the full video is about 35 hours long. I easily have another couple hours of material to write and add in. The goal, right now, is to try and brute force YouTube into letting me upload everything at once (things are looking pretty good on that front at the moment!)

So as of today, I have exported two things: the start to the 1964 mega-review, and then the end with temporary credits. The short of it is that if I start exporting stuff like this now, it'll be really easy to stitch all the files together just before I upload. But due to my workload, going back and rewatching these timelines for errors is close to impossible! So I'm hoping Dad can watch over everything I "finish" so I can have peace of mind, etc.

Anyways - I figured I could post things here as they get done, partially to hype everyone up! The April Fools project is one of the most "secret" things I've ever done, people outside of this Patreon do not really know about it. It's taken years of work, but I really think it will turn out to be my absolute best content! Or not "mine" I suppose.

The only thing I get stressed about is how negative the response will be from some corners of the internet. I think a ton of people have already come to the conclusion of "long video = plagiarism" so a 36+ hour video will likely melt their minds. I expect to be accused of forcing Dad to make this video and every other insane thing people can throw at me - but I hope people who actually take a moment to at least watch a little of it will understand that there is something truly magical here.

this has been my most anticipated project of the last year! I remember watching the first 10ish hours, then deciding to stop because i was so excited for the full thing. this actually makes me feel closer to my dad, who tried (and failed sadly) to get me into these shows as a kid

I think I brought this up before but my only concern is that I like to download your videos because I don't trust YouTube and I just don't know how my computer is going to be able to handle downloading this massive video. But that's my problem, not yours. Your dad is awesome and I've loved everything I've seen of the Bumpkinverse video so far.

This is the section of the video I was on when the full video got taken down. Glad to be able to at least finish this section thanks to your patreon updates! The video got me through a really challenging week last week. There really is something magical going on here. Thank you for all the work you have done on this project and thank you to Russ too!

Did you end up getting it downloaded? I am very interested in finishing it
