What is truly worth focusing on today? What is not worth focusing on? Make a list of what you want to focus on more/less— for now and for your life going forward. Keep it handy as it’s a nice reminder to go back to from time to time (even if you keep it as a note on your phone.)

P.S. I find writing stuff down manually helps my thoughts flow, but you’re looking for a good journaling app, I definitely recommend Bear 🐻 The interface is super minimal, but it’s clean for writing and minimizes overstimulation. :)
