Do you know where you fall on the ADHD spectrum? Do you see yourself represented here? It’s so easy to feel like all you see are your shortcomings, without giving yourself credit for what you already are. Not saying “ADHD is a gift,” etc. because the struggles we face are real, and they make our lives harder on a daily basis. But our enthusiasm + lack of inhibition make many of us friendly, fun to be around, and down to try almost anything.
