When I was in college our GM implemented an interesting concept into our Exalted games--every time he remembered a plot-point incorrectly, he would roll what we referred to as 'storyteller paradox' and when he'd amounted 10 points worth of paradox, the players would all receive a small benefit for the session.  I've always thought that it was a clever way of not punishing players without having to go back and re-do events.  Do you (or your GMs) have any unique ways of handling players when an incorrect call is made?  Tell us about it!
