Notice about a Discord server (Patreon)

Some of my fans made a Discord server for me so I connected the server to Patreon.

But I didn't know this change forces you enter the server without any notification... 

I deeply apologize if you had some issues or If you felt uncomfortable against what happened...


You can leave the server when you go to server’s menu and select “Leave Server”.

Please contact me if you cannot leave the server or if you have any other issues.

It's nice that you apologized. But it's not your fault. Discord should ask each user to verify before it uses that ability! Still, I'm happy there is a new Discord :)

Another potential issue is that the Patreon bot tends to automatically re-add you to the connected server every month when payment clears. I wasn't auto-joined this time, but it could happen at any time. Patreon really needs to figure out a way to allow you to select which Discord rewards you want to be included in instead of assuming that because you give permission for one you want to be added to all. This notice is appreciated and these issues are not your fault. I hope the Discord does really well in any case! ^-^
