I have had this planned for, like, I don't know... 10 years? 15? A ridiculously long time for a tiny little throwaway joke. I didn't write it until this year, though, so it is fresh.

There really are steam pipes that run under downtown Baltimore that really do supply steam to businesses, but I have no idea how feasible it would actually be to fill Royal Farms Arena with steam. Probably not very.

I am imagining that the president in this story is anyone but Trump. Had Trump been president, he would have completely fucked things up.
