He is starting to look pretty good! 

I manually painted a good portion of the head's fur pattern, which is, as in real life, only slightly visible.

The head's fur is still fairly basic and I will improve on it in the coming days (there are no variations in length yet, and it is missing whiskers, eyebrows, specific fur for the ears and some other stuff).

I also remade the snout material to make it much closer to the real thing compared to the one used for Owen and Amelia.

Finally, I bought a good looking procedural texture maker for the eyes to save some time 😄.

The next step, besides refining the fur, will be to add details to the skin around the eyes and to the exposed skin of the lips.
