@Dr.Gonzo English isn't my mother tongue. I have learned "bunt/farbig" (german) means "colo(u)red". What do you think, does match much more better? (Thanks for a correction. It's not too late to learn something new)

Oh! I'm so sorry Claudia lol. 😂 I was making a stupid joke. There's actually nothing wrong with what you said grammatically. It was perfect. For native English speakers the tone can just harken back to a certain way people used to talk sayyy 60 years or so ago lol.
