A 14-unit apartment complex that includes a leasing office, fitness/laundry facilities plus a parking garage. Your sims have the option of a 3bd/2bd or 2bd/2ba unit. This lot works perfect with the For Rent pack (I do not have this pack yet). This lot has been test played and works on my end. Make sure to tag my socials below if you use the build in any way.
