My functional indoor go-karting lot with THIS mod (only functional for Teen sims and up). Includes private party room, functional snack bar (slushies and shaved ice, burgers, pretzels, hotdogs, pizza, cotton candy, chips, etc), small arcade areas, bathrooms and racetrack.
