APRIL UPDATE (Patreon)

Hey! I have a whole list of different builds I want to do and collabs coming next week and flowing into May. I had to take a small break to work on my YouTube content. This month I shared the following:

HERBALIFE NUTRITION 

VENTURA PLAZA LA 

WAFFLE HOUSE 

BROOKLYN HEIGHTS 

CALIFORNIA PIZZA KITCHEN 

MCDONALD'S PLAYPLACE (make sure to set this as generic or hire workers for it to work as a dine out restaurant -- only problem I noticed).

all of these lots are functional and working as of today.

my goal is to revamp The Sorella Boutique (current w.i.p.) lot that was giving people problems because of the mannequins. it will be a lot cleaner and minimal cc.

unfortunately for the Nike Factory store (also contained mannequins) -- no matter how many times I go to the lot or try to replace it, it makes my game crash! I wanted to reshare the updated tray files for those that tried to save it after the cottage living pack. if anyone knows a way around this, feel free to send me a personal message.

all custom sim requests will be done and sent this week, I promise I'm getting better at keeping up with everything including YouTube content.

will try my best to squeeze in a combined male and female sims dump for April.
