most likely when you download them you would have to unzip the folder and inside the folder, there should be a file that says "tray" and you have to move that to your tray file & their cc goes into your mod folder!

Sierra I downloaded them and they are not showing in my tray. I didnt see them on your EA account either. I oftentimes just download your CC and download them from your EA account. I really want them in my game.
