Hey, here's my Cookies Dispensary located in LA on Melrose. This build is inspired by the real Cookies in LA. 

You need Basemental Drugs (MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE MOST UP-TO-DATE VERSION) as well as the Get To Work game pack to use this lot as functional retail lot to purchase all stoner needs. The hookah only works if you have the City Living game pack. (packs + mods needed: Basemental Drugs, Get To Work, City Living)

NEW posters, decal signs, custom content recolored by @sierrathesimmer. Get @bill-l-s4cc's Cookies sign and packages HERE. I also included a Cookies work uniform t-shirts for both male and female if you want your sims to work at this lot. You need this mesh + this mesh for both to show in create-a-sim.

THIS LOT WAS CREATED AFTER THE LATEST COTTAGE LIVING UPDATE. MY GAME IS UP-TO-DATE.

MAKE SURE 'BB.MOVEOBJECTS' and "BB.SHOWHIDDENOBJECTS" IS ON BEFORE PLACING LOT.

THE FILES 'DECOR0822' + 'DZSkinDetails' CONTAIN SEVERAL MERGED FILES AND ARE IMPORTANT FILES TO DOWNLOAD. (I was not able to unmerge these files since it was a file created with an older version of Sims 4 Studio that is no longer available).

sn: If you notice something is missing, message me and let me know. I export all the custom content through Tray Importer and sometimes it won't upload everything.

I have 30,000+ files of cc. I do not intentionally ever not include any of the custom content used!

After downloading the CC for this build and placing it in my game, all of my sims came out black, red and white with question marks on them. Did this happen to anyone else?

sorry for the late response, someone said it had something to do with those DZSkinDetails package files. let me know if you since resolved this or still have the issue?

I have this same issue, I removed the DZSkinDetails package and my sims are still red and white,

This also happened in my game. I was able to fix it by removing my entire mod folder (saved copy to desktop), ran my game without mods ,hit play, then exited the new game without saving. I then added all mods to the newly created empty mods folder (except my old Resource.cfg used the new Resource.cfg that formed with the fresh start) . I hope this helps.

I downloaded this last night and now everybody is red and white with a question mark, I see others complained about the same issue months ago, but has there been a fix to this because I really want to keep this in my game

I am not 100% sure the exact reason for that. I know someone commented a while ago and said this - I was able to fix it by removing my entire mod folder (saved copy to desktop), ran my game without mods ,hit play, then exited the new game without saving. I'll re-export it and go through and see if it's a merged file or something. I shared this around the time I think I may or may not of had a few merged files that I didn't know.

i reuploaded it and took out files from the .zip that i wasn't sure whether they may or may not conflict. if you're able to delete the lot and download the updated version, let me know if it works.
