for some odd reason the skins won't work it shows that red white glitchy skin i wiped my mods and downloaded this one to see if it was some of my mods but it didn't work (not too sure if its the skin mod tho)

Yeah it is also repaired the game it self still doesn't seem to work, I realized it also makes every sim in the game red and white. AHHH nvm got it to work thanks!
