I was listening to Judas Priest's new song PANIC ATTACK the other day and heard the coolest riff. I knew I had to pick up my guitar and make a video on it. Go to 3:55 in the video to see what I'm talking about. I tabbed it out for you below. Can you play it? It's in Eb tuning and uses the E minor scale. Massive power chords and triplet picking at 190 beats per minute. The way this riff moves through different chords is a work of art. Good food for thought as I'm writing my RIFF LORD BOOT CAMP COURSE.

There's also a guitar solo lick challenge at 12:44. Outlining the chord progression from the chorus riff, Em-Am-G-D. This the perfect lick to work on your shredding skills. It's not too fast but sounds really complicated and brilliant muhahaha!

🛑 Try this riff out and let me know how it goes. I'd also like to get your suggestions for the next round of lessons. Which songs would you like to learn? It could be from a video game, movie or band. Shred Till You're DEAD muhahaha!

Supremo! The band has survived the ages... and Glenn Tipton (parkinson's survivor) still playing in THAT song. Excellent analysis. TY
