Do you ever feel like you’ve hit a plateau with your guitar progress? Maybe you’re stuck playing the same solos, riffs and licks over and over

This ends now!

I’m working on a new program called “Faster By The Day.” The goal is to create 4 weekly practice routines that progress in difficulty

The program will cover 4 key areas that ignite explosive growth. These 4 categories can be remembered with the acronym TITS. Technique, Improvising, Theory and Songs.

Successful completion of this program will come down to MINDSET. Allow my BBC methodology to be your guide. BELIEVE you can do it. BREAK down the problem into manageable steps and CELEBRATE your success

PRACTICE PLAN

1. 30 min per day

2. 4 Topics (TITS)

3. BBC Mindset

Let’s get a little more specific about our practice strategy. The following outline breaks your 30 minute practice session into 6 equal parts.

PRACTICE TEMPLATE

1. Quick Win

2. New Idea

3. Creative Exploration

4. Songs

5. Music Theory

6. Free Play

Each 5 minute block is what I call a FUP, or fundamental unit of progress. This is the amount of time it takes to make progress on a particular problem. During this period your FOCUS must be unwavering. Enter a deep flow state and eliminate all distractions

I want your feedback on these ideas to help make the best program possible. I’m super excited about this concept and I’m looking forward to seeing everyone make massive gains in their guitar journey. Look for the first practice routine to drop this Wednesday!
