The most recent version of my Scale Bible is attached below. Pretty much every scale that exists is in this pdf file. If there's a scale you can't find, please let me know. I want this to be a comprehensive list. 

Notable additions since the last version are the Neapolitan major and minor scales. Also, check out the Japanese Kumoi scale. I've heard Michael Romeo of Symphony X rep this scale to great effect. I'll list some of my favorites below.
