Here's a few 20th century ideas to spice up your evil guitar playing. 

X-Cells are 4 chromatic notes in a row....  spread out with octave displacement. Super dissonant and cool. 

-Viennese Trichord 

An E Viennese Trichord is spelled E-F-Bb. Using the minor second and tritone for maximum evil. 

-Double Viennese Trichord 

The Double Viennese Trichord is an E and Bb Viennese trichord combined. (E-F-Bb) and (Bb-B-F). I just added a B natural to the E viennese trichord to achieve this effect.
