Thanks for the very informative video. I've written music for 20 years and finally hit the "road block." I know nothing about theory or anything which has led to my music becoming stale and has made the songwriting process a source of frustration instead of inspiration. These tips are great—is there a resource where it's all put together more in a step-by-step fashion with tasks? That's just me speaking personally as I'm a visual/task-oriented learner. So whichever interval you use, that just determines how the song begins? Or how spaced apart each note is played through out the whole song? Am I even in the ball park?
