This video is a Double D Tapping exercise. Entitled for the Cannon In D progression outlined using tapping technique on the D string. Finger tapping was pioneered by Eddie Van Halen. It's popular due to the pianistic approach and ability to reach more notes. For best results, smash your fretting hand fingers into the fretboard for clarity. Use the picking hand to mute unwanted noise from the unused strings.
