this glamorous loft was build for a couple who are a photographer  & a model. there is a photostudio upstairs which can be easily  changed into any skill building room you’d like.
if you placed  apartments from the gallery before you know how tricky it can be. i  named the rooms from left to right so hopefully with the floorplan  included in this post it will be easy to understand how to place the  rooms on the different levels. the easiest way is to start with the  first floor after bulldozing the original apartment.
