Discord Server Info (Patreon)

Since a lot of you requested a discord server for Patreon supporters alot over the years, I've finally launched one!

I created this server back in 2020 and couldn't figure out how to set it up properly for a Patreon community, so I ended up leaving it until I had more experience and a purpose for it.

Here's Q&A for some of you who wonder

• Q) How do I join?

• A) This Discord Server is automatic by tier system, so you will not get added unless you are pledged to one of my tiers; $1, $5, $10 and $15

• Q) I am a member / follower of this Patreon creator, can I join the Discord Server?

• A) The Discord Server is fully automatic because of the Patreon "bot", I cannot add or remove members manually. And going through all of the followers to add them manually to my Discord Server would be way too much work as there is over thousands.

So if you want to join the Discord Server, you will need to join a Tier on Patreon and the bot will automatically join you to the Discord Server. 

• Q) I have pledged to a Tier but I still didn't get automatically added to the discord server!

• A) This could mean you haven't set Discord up with your Patreon account. To do so: Go to your Account Settings, then click "more" and "connected apps", then add your Discord Profile, it should add you instantly.


• Q) I can't find the Discord app on my Patreon Profile?

• A) Patreon App on Mobile does not have Discord App link feature, you will need to go log in to Patreon via a Browser on your device or do it on your PC to get the option to add your Discord to your Patreon.

• Q) I am a SubscribeStar supporter, will I need to join Patreon to join this Discord Server?

• A) No, the plan is to add both Patreon and SubscribeStar to my Discord Server.

Patreon was a lot simpler and quicker to link to my Discord Server.

SubscribeStar will take a little bit of time as I will need to create new roles & permissions to link SubscribeStar to my Discord Server.
