March 12 Update (Patreon)

First, we have a comic! Argo the Ratfolk has been commissioning various TLS art for some time, but this is probably my favorite comic yet. ^-^ It's referencing this meme, in case some aren't familiar.

(Also, there was a massive new set of TLS artwork for $10 patrons. Expect more of these now that the portrait update is out!)

My work involves juggling a number of different plates. You can't create a game at all without doing this, and as I said around the turn of the year, you can't survive as a creative without also having to balance promotion and expansion, just due to the realities of the industry. I don't like this, but you can't just focus on a passion project and believe it will speak for itself.

Anyway, this update is late because I've finally managed to finish something that has been on my "Nice to Do in an Ideal World" list for ages. Wanted to do it all 2022, but my focus on TLS meant it just kept slipping. Now that it's done I'm feeling more content.

Will anything come of this? Possibly not. But there was also a time when TLS was just something I wanted to do, so who knows? You won't hear more about this until I've finished up my WIP TLS update, which is still a beast.
