Though not the final version, this is a pretty decent polish build. More QoL changes, lots of typos fixed, more balance tweaks. Unless a new error has been introduced, I intend to let the game sit in this state for a while.

OEA 0.4.5 Changes
- Considerable polishing.
- The Strong Charge mechanic has entirely changed, see below for details.
- The Order Branch is now acquired in a different way, allowing for early access to teleportation.
- Various balance changes, notably the djinn fight.
- Correction to ATB script, in the player's favor.

In the past, bosses and certain enemies had a chance to resist their Charge status being dismissed. This has been overhauled so that they now have a visible "Double Charge" state that requires two interrupts to eliminate. You won't ever get lucky and cancel it in one, but there's no longer a chance they'll shrug off numerous attempts. I think on average this balance change helps players, and it's certainly less opaque.

Mac people, was the rest of the game functional? I'll keep making those deployments if they work, but if the game doesn't play well in that mode, that's good to know.

Anyway, this has been fun, but I hope to close out work on OEA for a while. Don't let that stop you from playing and giving feedback, though!
