Patreon payment errors 🔺 (Patreon)

Hello everyone!

Patreon is currently fixing an issue with one of their payment processors that has flagged  many pledges as fraud. Thankfully it seems to be resolved, but there may be as many as 45-120 patrons whose payment did not go through because of this. If you have been having trouble viewing posts or haven't been receiving patreon updates in your email or app, it may be because the payment didn't go through.

Good thing is that it's easy to check! Just follow the steps below to check payment information:

Got to Settings---> More --> Billing history to see if the payment went through. It should say Complete or Pending.

If it didn't go through or needs to be updated, try changing or updating the payment method by following the steps below.

Go to settings~

And then click on "More"

And go to "payment methods"

Then all you have to do is check if the payment method is up to date :3

If this doesn't work, you can try contacting your bank. Hopefully Patreon will resolve this by then though!  We're so sorry if this has caused you any trouble! 😭
