Take it from some one who has self isolated before it was cool, your immune system goes to the gutter if you don't expose it to daily natural things. From age zilch to age 34ish, I barely took care of myself, and never got sick. I was one of those weird cases where the only times in my life I've ever gotten the flu was when I was forced to get a flu shot. Then, life happened, and I stopped going outside. Now the once or twice a year I go outside, it's almost a guarantee I'm going to at minimum come back with a cold. TL;DR We should both start eating dirt.
