Weekly Devlog: 1 - 4 June 2023 (Patreon)

Hello Patrons!

It's the first weekly devlog for June and a fun fact for those who don't know, this time last year, I started my journey of converting the story concept of Crown of Exile (formerly The Exiled Prince) into the Twine game it has become today.

Now that it's officially June, I will return to working on the main game. I still have to plot my basic chapter outline (which takes about 30 minutes), and then I'll start writing Chapter 8 sometime this week. As always, I will share my progress updates and snippets of scenes with you as I write them.

The bonus game, Crowning Glory, is currently with testers. It isn't the full game but the demo of the prologue. I still will come back to flesh out the scenes for the final version of the game, but I expect the demo to be shared with you either today or in the next day or two.

I'll also be posting polls for the side stories for this month. As the demo for COE will only be posted in July, I will put another poll on the type of side story you'd like for the ROs. This time, I might add an option for an NSFW story so look out for the polls in the coming days.

The poll for the timezones is also still open here. Please make sure to vote in it as it will help me decide a time for the livestream with yours truly. Once the poll closes, I'll announce the time and date for the livestream (and if there's range huge, I'll break it into two sessions). There will also be a post regarding questions to ask if you aren't able to join the livestream or if you'd prefer not to ask me during the livestream. I'll post more about that once the date and time is provided.
