The frustration of Percy not sharing and hitting your hand is well understood. Lol.

The Chroma Conclave and Osysa were 3d animated to be able to handle so much time and expression/motion with them, while Trinket is (so far) entirely 2d animated to fit in with the artstyle of the humanoid members of Vox Machina. 3d is easier (and somewhat cheaper) to work with, but the look of it frequently clash with the 2d animation style. It was more pronounced in season1 with Brimscythe and the undead wolf abominations. Here the dragons are blended in better with the background and 2d animation. However, with Osysa, that clash of style actually work in her favor, because she's supposed to be a clearly distinct supernatural creature, even by the standards of a world where magic is real and present in people's lives.
