Not sure if this was mentioned to you (on here or YouTube) but all the episodes they released free comics at https://www.marvel.com/shehulkcomics I found it with a QR code in the first episode when she got into the bar. Think they did that with Ms. Marvel too 🤔 not sure!

Actually the state of mind of the person claiming fraud is important to the case. Everyone has a responsbility of taking due care. If the jury or judge feels that any idiot would have seen though the attempt, they can decide to limit or not pay full compensation. The case here is very odd. Usually in fraud cases the plaintiff would ask for both compensation as well as punitive (punishment) damages. The lawyers usaually work only for a share of the punitive damages, and if they win no punitive damages they get nothing. No punitive damages were asked for here, so Jen's firm would not stand to get anything for winning the case.
