Update 0.8.0d Progress Report (Patreon)
Content
The journey to Unreal Engine 5 was not as painless as we expected - after three iterations, we have eradicated most of the bugs caused by the engine migration and have refit the environment lighting to prevent low-resolution shadow rendering. DLSS and FSR are now working as expected, meaning the framerate impact will be less noticeable in patch 0.8.0d, which is set to be released in a week. Minor issues such as missing physics and broken animations have also been addressed.
A total of 52 sex scenes will be added in update 0.8.0d, instead of the originally planned 36. Three new monsters will be introduced: Saaitti's Revenant, Mi-Go Adult and Shantak.
In addition, there was some good news in the past two weeks. We submitted a prototype version crafted based on 0.8.0 for Steam Deck and controller support verification, and despite all the bugs it still passed the examination, which means you can play the game on a Steam Deck or with a controller soon.
The finalized version of Galatea has also been greenlit. We tried our best to preserve her physical characteristics and made her vagina puffier than the original model. Overall we are satisfied with the outcome.
In-game messages and currencies for all pledges made during the rollback period should have already been in your mailbox last week. If yours is still missing, please submit a ticket on our Discord. If you are eligible for the Elizabeth Research Pass but have not received it yet, you will get 150 NEP immediately when 0.8.0d goes online.
UPDATE 2/26:
The routine maintenance of our website has been completed. If you keep getting errors when claiming the steam key, please make sure to turn off webpage translation.
Today we have finished packaging the new 0.8.0 update. We will see if we have enough time to upgrade the FSR in the game to FSR 3 and regardless of whether it is achievable we will push the update in the coming a few days.
UPDATE 2/29:
Update 0.8.0f was online 4 hours ago. If you have framerate issues please disable Vsync. Turn off FSR if you encounter DX12 errors.
