The Handler is an alter ego of Drago, who has a special ability or Kisei, which is based on...nothing, literally nothing XD...

My pups have always told me that I make one be submissive to me (I don't know how it happens, because I don't do anything but be myself XD), so I made it a skill for this character. This ability makes the furry heroes become his puppies.

The Handler es un alter ego de Drago, el cual cuenta con una habilidad especial o Kisei, la cual se basa en...nada, literalmente nada XD... 

Mis pup's siempre me han dicho que genero que uno sea sumiso a mi (no se como pasa, porque yo no hago nada mas que ser yo mismo XD), asique lo volví una habilidad para este personaje. Dicha habilidad hace que los héroes furry se vuelvan sus cachorros.
