[T7] [Teaser] Tsunade, not only + man, but + futa! (Patreon)

Greetings, my dear T7 and beyond!

I feel like I am very lacking with extra content lately so here is something nice while I am still on vacation.

Introducing, the futanari scene for Tsunade (as you might saw it coming lol.) My plan is to add extra 4 scenes on the "With man" version and another 4 scenes with Futanari version when I am back. I still have some time left on the calendar, still, I managed to render two teaser scenes on my laptop (it barely made it with a project that you need a large studio rig to render.)

As aways, these are still just a work in progress. A lot of fine details are yet to be iron out. I did nerfed the man's feet a little though.
