Its true that Fishmen and Mermen have been victims of the oppression perpetuated by The Celestial Dragons and W.G., but that does not excuse Arlong from his blatant and condemnable actions towards a village that had nothing to do with the state of affairs. Arlong wears oppression on his sleeve, but yet is an oppressor himself. I don't find him to be the worst of the worst like you, but I certainly agree he's a monster that needs to be dealt with; his actions only reinforce the ignorant and the influence of hatred against his own people. If he were like Fisher Tiger or Jimbei or King Neptune, or rest her soul Otohime, then I'd feel for the guy. My heart broke for Nami a second time and Luffy being the best shounen protagonist of all time comes in and says "Say no more, all you had to do was ask." E8 aka S1 finale here we go!

I feel like this is the one time Inaki shows off his inexperience. You can tell he overacts a little with Nami's scene because he knows how important it is. Other than that I think he's played a flawless Luffy.
