The Live action is taking the story on it's own course. In anime/manga Arlong wanted to be a big fish in a small bond and control East Blue, but in Live Action he wants to conquer Grand Line too? Doesn't he have history with Fishman Pirates and Jimbei... 😅

I knew Arlong was your most hated OP villain, I didn't know he had the likes of Elder Toguro of Yu Yu Hakusho or "Clark Kent" from Bleach beaten. I also find this version of Arlong to be a lot more arrogant and self-righteous. He also comes off as the hero of his own story, even though he's enslaving people who do not hold any ill will against Fishmen. You can also tell Nami was on the verge of breaking down when she walked away from Luffy and Co. Luffy sees through her words; he mouth is sayig buzz off, but her face is saying "help me, I don't know what to do". Also the actress playing Nikoji is pretty cute. :)
