I have a feeling that if a person has literally any other hobbies by the age of five or six, it's probably too late to be as good as this guy. That's the level of next level talent you really only get with true single minded devotion. It explains why his stories and history lessons are so interesting too, it's clear he really loves every aspect of this stuff. I have a lot of admiration and respect for people who care about the history of their passion, and take the time to learn about who came before them, and where it all comes from. I also just love old fashioned showmanship. You can tell when an entertainer has hit their peak by spending years and decades performing on stage before all kinds of audiences versus someone who's been an overnight success, or only ever dealt with audiences through a screen. It's a level of casual mastery of the small details that shine through.
