yeah... the trolls around Chris can be just as messed up as him honestly, Chris has his own massive Encyclopaedia Dramatica, but a lot of the more notable Trolls have pretty sizeable articles on them as well, scary thing is, we haven't really hit the worst of it yet, I'm still waiting for one troll in particular to reveal something, it might be Julie, their voice sounds familiar... At this point in his life Bob, Chris's father was getting pretty old, so he rambled a lot, part of the reason why was because he felt incredibly isolated since he had no one left in his life at that point, and was trapped with Barb and Chris, we actually know he'd talk to the trolls who harassed him and Chris just to feel less alone and connect with someone. I won't spoil the exact details since we'll hopefully continue this documentary later, but yeah... Chris does go on a trip by himself, he's... "capable" enough to be self sufficient if he chose to be, he just doesn't want to be.
